Refund & Exchange Policy

We’re all about making sure you love what you ordered. But in case it’s not working out, here’s how we handle returns:

no refunds - only store credit 

At coral crest diving, we do not offer cash or payment refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or a lifetime-use discount code equal to the original order amount minus the shipping cost of returning the product to us.

how store credit and return coupons work 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a unique discount code for the eligible amount (original purchase total minus return shipping).

  • This code never expires and can be used across our website — no minimums, no restrictions.

return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the brand.

  • The shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit or coupon total.

what can be returned?

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you'd like to return

  • Reason for the return (we love feedback!)

  • Our team will guide you through the next steps!

exchange policy

Need a different size or variant? No problem.

  • We offer free exchanges on eligible items.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within [7/14] days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive your item, we’ll ship out the replacement.

If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead.
