We’re all about making sure you love what you ordered. But in case it’s not working out, here’s how we handle returns:
no refunds - only store credit
At coral crest diving, we do not offer cash or payment refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or a lifetime-use discount code equal to the original order amount minus the shipping cost of returning the product to us.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a unique discount code for the eligible amount (original purchase total minus return shipping).

This code never expires and can be used across our website — no minimums, no restrictions.

Need a different size or variant? No problem.

We offer free exchanges on eligible items.

Exchanges must be initiated within [7/14] days of receiving your order.
