Shipping Policy

At coral crest, every product is made on demand — not mass produced.
Why? Because we believe in lowering energy use, reducing material waste, and creating consciously. As a brand from the ocean, for the ocean, we’re committed to doing things a little differently — even if that means your order takes a little longer to reach you. 💙

• All orders are processed within 7-9 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

We currently ship pan-India.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on it!

• Standard shipping usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote areas may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

​A flat fee of ₹100 applies to orders.

While we do our best to get your order to you on time, occasional delays may happen due to:

• Weather disruptions

• Courier delays in your area

We’ll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected changes.

Make sure your shipping details are accurate — we can't reroute packages once they're dispatched. If a package returns due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will be charged.

Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
This ensures that every item we craft is intentional and accounted for — minimizing returns, waste, and overproduction.
